Yes. The insurance industry is highly regulated. All agents within The Tinsman Agency must have or obtain their Life Insurance producer licenses in their resident state to write policies.
What If You Do Not Have A Licenses?
New recruits will be given the option of two platforms to take their course through at a discounted price.

Agents are compensated through commissions paid directly by our carrier partners for the policies they sell. In addition, qualifying agents and managers have the opportunity to earn monthly performance bonuses.
